No, never. The algorithm runs 100 % in your browser (Canvas API). No server upload, no data stored.
Why 6 colors and not more?+
Out of 6 dominants, you always have 2-3 truly usable for your brand. Beyond that they're artifacts (JPG compression, anti-aliasing) with no value.
What about the text color suggestion?+
We compute the WCAG contrast ratio between each color and black/white. The recommended color hits the AA minimum (4.5:1) for legibility.
