Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of your subscription. If you have used the service during this period, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for credits consumed.
2. Refund after the withdrawal period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
3. Technical issues
In the event of a technical malfunction preventing use of the service, we undertake to provide you with additional credits or a partial refund depending on the severity and duration of the issue.
4. Request procedure
To submit a refund request, send an email to contact@zescale.co stating your account email address and the reason for your request. We process requests within 48 business hours.
5. Refund method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of subscription (bank card via Stripe). Processing time may vary depending on your bank (5 to 10 business days).
